Has practiced labor law exclusively with Reich, Adell, Crost & Cvitan since 1985, has been a partner since 1994.

Frequent speaker on Labor Law for Labor and Employment Law Section of the State Bar of California, Public Sector Program, the Orange County Industrial Relations Research Association, the California Teachers Association, and the California Community College Association.  Most recently participated in a panel of the ABA Section of Labor & Employment Law, National Conference on Equal Employment Opportunity Law covering the topic Trends in Harassment Law.

Guest speaker on topics regarding ADA, sexual harassment and issues affecting community college instructors and kindergarten through twelfth grade teachers.

Represents numerous members of the California Teacher Association, individual chapters or affiliates of CTA, and other public sector unions, including the Orange County Attorneys Association and the San Bernardino County Public Attorneys Association.
