Has practiced labor and election law exclusively since 1985. Formerly a Senior Litigation Attorney, National Labor Relations Board, Appellate and Supreme Court Branches; judicial law clerk in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana and for a U.S. Magistrate in the Northern District of California; Adjunct Professor at George Mason University, School of Law. A former President (CEO) and chief grievance officer of the National Labor Relations Board Professional Association, a public sector labor organization. Contributing Editor to the ABA's arbitration textbook, How Arbitration Works and has been an editor of the George Meany Center's Construction Organizing, An Organizing and Contract Enforcement Guide. Currently the general counsel of the Los Angeles County Democratic Party, Mr. Zakson also has developed a special expertise in campaign finance and disclosure laws. Se habla español
