Prior to joining Reich, Adell & Cvitan full-time in 2011, Mr. Shuldiner practiced in the areas of election law and municipal law. During law school, Mr. Shuldiner externed for United States District Court Judge Edward Rafeedie and the California State Board of Education, and worked as a summer associate for a construction defect litigation firm.

Since joining Reich, Adell & Cvitan, Mr. Shuldiner’s practice has focused on representing multi-employer employee fringe benefit trust funds to recover unpaid employer contributions, along with election and ERISA law.
